Room was clean & comfortable. Nice, comfortable bed & pillows. Staff was very friendly & helpful! Loved that they had a chef that made custom “to order” breakfast every morning. Wish they had regular bacon or sausage other than Canadian bacon, but breakfasts were very good! The bartender, Lovie, was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable about Nashville & helpful in planning our activities.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms. I would totally stay again after finding that extra switch to turn the lights and outlet on in the bedroom. Will stay again in the future.

The room was nice. I really liked having the small kitchenette with dishes, microwave and small refrigerator. The pool was nice just not very deep.

Everything about Element was fantastic! We were happily greeted when we arrived. It’s modern and everything is top notch. Room was so clean. Great shower, bed was super comfy and soft. Breakfast was impressive with made to order omelettes (during the weekdays)Will definitely be back. The entire staff made our stay excellent.

First of all the Hotel looked very modern with unique furnishings, both in the Lobby and the pool area that you usually don't see at other Hotel chains. The rooms had updated vanities and shower was a walk in that could easily fit two people with shampoo and soap dispensers instead of the normal little bottles and wrapped soap. The room had a small refrig, microwave, two wine glasses (nice touch) coffee maker and cups (not paper), silverware, & a few plates. A Iron Board, & Iron which was helpful since we were in town for a wedding. Room had partial Pergo flooring and the rest carpet. Furnishings very modern with a very good flat screen TV hanging on the wall. Remote had a little delay to it but overall the size of the room was very big and the comforter and blankets on the bed with the pillows were upscale considering other places I've stayed. I would definitely stay here again. Not to far from downtown Nashville around 10 to 15 minutes based on traffic. Even though we are somewhat near the airport I never hear a plane go over us which was good. Our room had big glass windows overlooking the very nicely decorated pool area. Also they had a nice work out room with a decent amount of equipment for this size hotel. Considering I was a Hotel manager 28 years ago I know how a hotel should be kept and overall cleanliness was very good. Only had one issue from the elevator to the outside side door that someone had spilt there coffee and kind of left a trail that took a while for someone to clean up. Other than that the complimentary breakfast was decent and area was clean. Didn't use the small bar area with 4 types of beer on tap and standard mixed drinks but was a nice touch to have and they even had some soft drinks and beers you could buy in a refrig by the front desk with other little snacks.

We were able to check in early (11 am) because our flight had been cancelled, rental car already returned and had to be back the next morning at 3 for a 5 am flight. We just wanted an inexpensive, but clean and comfortable place to crash. Never heard of this latest addition to the Marriot Bonvoy collection and I was pleasantly surpeised.

The rooms were clean & spacious, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, espresso machine was a bonus also! Pool & Patio are really nice, decent gym set up, & I liked the option of getting a drink at the bar. We called the front desk to request extra bedding for the pull out sofa and she was very fast and friendly!
